@Boe Jiden This isn't a law though. This is a right as set forth by the Constitution. It would be like when the courts said voting is a right and can't be charged to exercise that right and the states said "Naaa" and continued to deny blacks people the ability to vote. No where in the Constitution is your right to take whatever drug you want. Since it isn't, it should fall to the state to decide.

@electronikdancemusik7524 No it isn't. Thomas laid the groundwork for Constitutional carry. Next will have to use the decision on not allowed to charge to to use a right (it was about voting, but that was the language) to get rid of that too. He made it clear that carrying arms isn't limited to just the home which is huge even if you don't understand that. That also gets into duty to retreat. So many different laws this can be used to fight against.
