I understand you being upset for your family member. I also understand they are in a war zone and aren't a citizen of that country, press, diplomatic papers, etc. Why do you think they should just trust he wasn't sent there on behalf of a foreign country to spy before the invasion? Why is he still staying in a war zone instead of leaving? These are questions any military or even most citizens would have in the current situation they are facing. Acting like it's a bad thing that they are taking their security seriously is an emotional response and not truly grasping the severity of the situation and not understanding what real war is like.

I don't believe having a couple soldiers positioned for protection makes something a military target. Having military hardware definitely does. Even the US hasn't tried to claim a couple of soliders when we've hit a civilian building. It's always hardware. You can maybe say rockets were fired, but again that requires hardware. Edit: It's completely reasonable that soliders would be protecting a large gathering of civilians. So using that as an excuse to bomb palace you know contains civilians doesn't fly.

Ukraine is the enemy is an ignorant take. How can a country that's being invaded be "the enemy"? The US isn't invading so it makes zero sense. Yes if you can't win by diplomatic means and must invade, you have lost because you'll never not be worried that the people will turn on you and you'll have to constantly deal with resistance. That will cost you far more than doing it by diplomatic means in the long run.

He meant better trade deals. That's why they wanted to trade with the EU. If Russia can't compete then they need to seek those good from other sources like everyone else does.

@dr.pepperoni5415 Level 2 labs are not "bio weapon" labs. They are labs used to test soil, water, run off from mining and drilling, industrial waste, etc. They have those agents there to calibrate the machines. Far too many people who know NOTHING about labs, their levels, or only what they read on wikipedia about these agents trying to act like experts. They are not kept in a state that can be used to cause problems. They'd have to be turned into aerosols which is difficult. Edit: Testing labs at chemical plants all over the US are level 1 and 2 labs that contain some of these same substances. Obviously they are "bio weapons" labs that must be destroyed. Colleges too. You better get busy.
