  1. Vanguard is mutual funds. It's your retirement funds that they are using. If they don't ask you and they are using your money to invest in Twitter, they've violated their responsibility. If they refuse to sell, they are opening themselves up for a lawsuit of mismanagement of funds. These people are using YOUR money to control these companies.
