  2. It's snowed this much before in my lifetime and there was a huge blizzard during my mother's so not climate change. We've been overdue a good storm.

  3. In south Arkansas. We haven't had that much. Around 5 inches in some areas, but it is still snowing. More Wednesday. Still have power so I'm grateful for that. Nobody is going anywhere until Friday at the earliest because it's too cold until then for it to melt.
