If you mean Ep stein list, it was sealed by the judge. It can't be released except by another judge for anonymous case.

@Corkfish1 If you mean the note, that doesn't mean he's the actual person. People have even gone so far as to turn themselves in and confess who didn't commit the crime they're claiming responsibility for. Simply for a little bit of fame. A lot doesn't add up. He was smart enough to travel by bus to avoid security cameras and use an e-bike so he couldn't be traced, but kept the gun? He ditched the backpack, too, but kept a gun that was lucky to fire 3 shots. Makes zero sense. Especially if it's a ghost gun.

The police have to supply evidence to the judge to get any warrant. Including one for arrest. It will be listed on the warrant. So yes, he should have seen at least some evidence when he was given the warrant. Edit: Do ya'll think judges just sign a blank piece of paper, or it just says we want to search/arrest this person, please judge? The warrant application, which is also the warrant given to you for a search/arrest, has everything they know on it. An arrest one must have enough to prove they can make a case against a person.

He's not already on trial. WTF are talking about? He's simply fighting extradition which means his lawyer will go in front of a judge to argue why he can't be transported from where he is to New York. It's not that uncommon. The trial will be at minimum 1-2 years away.

I guess you never watched True Crime or any crime shows/reporting. Every murder is investigated. The only reason YOU know is because he was the CEO of a major health insurance company. That makes it major news, not just the fact he's rich. Rich people get murdered but if they're not a major or important figure in a current company or already have some amount of celebrity status, it's not covered by national new. If there's some strange aspect to it or it's a really slow news day, maybe then. I've seen a lot of wealthy people covered by those shows that it didn't make national news.

@That_Puppet Never had a single one denied and we have United. I get a lot of blood work done every 3 months and take expensive medications. My husband has had 3 surgeries and is looking at 2 more next year. Zero issues. Heck, he's been to the doctor and had more repeat imagery and other expensive testing than me and I've got 5 autoimmune diseases and am disabled. He even gets botox regularly for headaches.

@bigman7856 If you're obese you're putting pressure on joints and bones that aren't built to hold that much weight. That means you are indeed partially responsible for your broken leg. Also not eating properly will make you prone to injury and take longer to heal making surgery more likely so it will heal properly.
