  1. That's a nice fantasy world. It's only for a felony charge. So you're fine with pedophiles being able to vote on laws that make their desires legal? That's what it's for, to prevent criminals from legalizing their crimes or influencing elections. It's like wanting to allow prisoners to vote while incarcerated. In many places that have prisons, they outnumber the population so they'd be able to control the government there.
