While somethings coming out of law schools is very upsetting, it remains to be seen if they will reach high levels on the courts. The class at Yale that screamed and shutdown two lawyers speaking about free speech, are being barred from clerkship. That guy will be too because it requires recommendations from your professors. They won't rise within the ranks without them. The judges today know it's their duty to protect the court and few if any will shirk that responsibility over ideology at this point.
