@DarkMatterX1 That's weird. In Arkansas every law enforcement I've come across are very pro it. Then again they insisted when we were permit conceal carry that it included helping them if they were in trouble.

It's my understanding the permit allows you to CC in places it's not protected by Constitutional carry. If it's concealed it's not like anyone will know, but I think if you have to use it you could potentially face charges. It allows you to carry in state buildings and places like that. It also gets you out of a lot of traffic tickets.
