@Neonytic Women are already allowed to compete against biological men. So no it's not complicated. If they weren't, then it would be. However, the trans man should be allowed to use a different locker room if either group is uncomfortable. Just like that woman with her daughter that got a penis in their face at a spa because it allows transwomen into the woman's changing area. Which shocked no one with a brain. There was a lawsuit in Canada against a spa that does waxing because they refused to do it to a transwoman that still had a penis because that service by them is women only. The spa won.

@andrewyp6724 That doesn't make sense because females have been allowed to compete in men's sports for awhile if they choose to try. There were court cases about it in the 80s or 90s. Maybe even further back. So that's a non issue. That school should be reminded of the court decisions. It's a poor example and understanding of what's already allowed within the law. Just like when they point out schools that are still segregated. That's not what the law supports and it needs to be addressed by that school.

You're changing the wording of the bills. The bills say a biological Male can't compete in female sports. That should be the wording. If a bill is worded differently it needs to be changed because biological females are already allowed to compete in men's sports due to court decisions.
