That's not the definition of homeless. You have a roof over your head so you're not homeless. Nobody is forcing anything upon you. Stop trying to change definitions because you want things given to you or because you're trying to illicit an emotional response.

@blackmendosa Really old. Property taxes have been a thing for a couple thousand years at this point. Not even kidding. Rome had them. Yes you're renting it from the city or county because the government owns the land. They're who protects the land if there's an invasion. Not you all by yourself. The government can't just take it though without cause. That's why it's called private property unlike in other forms of government where the government can just decide tomorrow they want it back.

So why are you bothering? There's no one to care, no one to pass your knowledge onto, no one to give it to when you're gone. You think you're being strong, but it's just sad. Basically you're saying "I'm just like a hermit from olden times and everyone should be one too". Do you work for the WEF? If you do they need their money back because you're not a poster boy for it.
