@phantom_3oh9 No they don't. The CCP controls 20% of every business based in China. Your business operates at their pleasure because they have laws that can take it from you at a moment's notice. The fact that that law exists is Communism. Jack Ma went missing for 3 months after speaking about things that would take some of that power away from the government because he knows it's the best way to increase profits. He wasn't on vacation. If you think he was, you don't truly understand the CCP. I guarantee at the least his credit score dropped. As long as you tow the party line you are allowed to prosper. Everything depends on your ranking in the party. If you step out of line, they will take away your business and install someone more loyal. That's what they're doing in Hong Kong right now. The government will make you rich as long as you do everything the government says.

@Tsskyx The laws exist for China to take control of any business based in China at any time. Just because they don't do it to every single one doesn't mean they aren't still communist. Having the ability to do it and it being enshrined in law makes it Communist. They opened up their economy for a more capitalism approach to increase profits. Because they own 20% of every business based there, they increase government profits. That's on top of taxes btw. Maoism was cultural Marxism that erased most of the history of China and rewrote it. The government is still doing this. They are a one party system called the Chinese Communist Party. I get so tired of y'all and your "tHaT'S nOt ReAl CoMmUnIsM". That's how it's always been implemented. Currently fascism isn't defined the same way as Mussolini did, but you still call it fascism.
