When I purchased my solar panels I got the credit and the refund of MY taxes that I could sign over to the company to pay for part of what I owed or put it in my bank. You listed only tax credits. That just means the government doesn't take more of my money or the money of the business. That's not being taxpayer funded in the slightest. When the government gives me back $ 2,000 of the money I personally paid in as my personal tax credit, it's not coming from your taxes. It's $2,000 out of the $30,000 that was taken out of my checks for the year. Edit: It's really sad you don't know what the words credit and consumer means.
