@sonsoftexas We're not on the jury so having an opinion about something has zero effect on the trial. You're the problem because you're trying to imply no one should have an opinion about anything ever because it could be wrong. That's cowardly. I really want you to point out all these "activists" in the Republican leadership because they seem pretty spineless to me. You would rather me allow segregation to come back then dare to stand up and say this is wrong. You'd willingly give away your rights because you don't want to cause waves. I've fought authoritarian ideas since the 80s. I fought it when it was coming from the right and I'll fight it when it's coming from the left. That's not tribalism, that's standing for something and having real morals and standards. You don't seem to understand what that is and that's a you problem, not a me problem.

A lot do, but it shouldn't come at the cost of the system it's self. I think manslaughter was a justifiable charge and most likely was what could be proven. They overreached on charges and I think it should blow up in their face.
