  1. Tim, cloth masks don't work and never did. Sneezing and coughing into yours elbow is more effective. Studies show the vast majority complied and wore cloth masks. They didn't work. Studies show they helped less than the elbow thing and social distancing because people stopped doing those when wearing them. It also took 15 minutes of person to person exposure to spread. So they are only useful in situations that your going to be in close contact with a positive person for 15 minutes or more in the spitting when you talk scenario you like to bring up.
