@uncaboat2399 Actually you don’t. It’s on them to prove they were discriminated against for a reason listed in the Civil Rights Act. Innocent until PROVEN guilty. They’d need a long detailed history of you denying anyone of that protected class to even get past dismissal.

@tomTom-lb5cu My sons do still dress like that if they have a face to face interview. It’s very rare for them to not be offered a job if they get to the face to face portion. Other older workers have even stopped them and praised them for going that extra step.
