  1.  @Zeivusgaming  I have yet to see but maybe 1 or 2 trigger laws that don't allow for the exception of r@pe, incest, and life of woman. Even those couple allow for life of woman. Nobody is "trapped" anywhere. If they can't afford a bus ticket to a nearby state, they couldn't afford to have the procedure done in the first place. They are not free, which many seem to think they are. Medicaid does pay for them, but only for the reasons that most states have an exception for. Edit: They aren't crossing into a foriegn country or something. It's a few hours ride for 97% of women. You are a prime example of someone that's completely uninformed on the reality of the situation.
