  1. That would be rather stupid of China to have not filled them when the cost was lower or before it reaches that point. In other words, China is prepared for high prices and won't be buying much from anyone once it hits that high a price. China can't afford it anymore than anyone else can. Russia selling it at a just $28 would destroy their economy. Meaning Russia couldn't afford to continue the war or pay for what they need to continue to have anything for the population. Russia makes very little now and imports from all over the world, especially food. Even if they take Ukraine, it will take a couple of years to get the food production flowing into Russia.
