  1. Fortunately that's not how it's legally determined. The FBI or any government agency can't interfere with any business to violate citizens rights. Them saying anything needs to be suppressed is a violation. The instant the FBI contacted them for anything outside of a warrant for information, FB is acting as an agent of the state. Edit: It's like if police tell your neighbor you've got evidence inside your home, but they can't get a warrant to collect it. Even though it's legal for a private citizen to turn over evidence they find, if the police told them about or had contact with them at all, that individual is working as an agent of the state and any evidence isn't permitted.

  2. Who's going to do the arrests? Everything falls under the jurisdiction of the DOJ who is just as corrupt. The best they can do is expose it so people can sue the government for rights violations.
