@TheRealCake The argument is from pro abortion groups. This is a rebuttal. If you think the rebuttal is comparing two different things, so is the orginal premise of it.

@phiNjustin Murder isn't a "human right". If you step on an endangered species egg, you will be charged with a crime because it's understood you just ended a life. Yes I'm aware humans aren't endangered, but that's not the point. The point is you're punished for ending a life. Science says it's a unique human being. As for my body my choice pertaining to the jab vs abortion, the government isn't putting sperm into the woman. She's deciding to do so. To put it on the same level as the jab, it would be choosing to get it and then demanding it gets removed from your body. Edit: Birth control is available everywhere, even over the internet. This idea of removing all personal responsibility because you don't like the outcome of your actions isn't a good reason to murder.

@SLACkra They are declaring a right to another person's bodily autonomy, the baby. We don't remove the right to life of people who aren't citizens even if they commit a crime. They are covered by the 5th amendment and the 10th(?) even though they aren't citizens. Yet, you want to remove the right to life for a baby. Science says it's a baby. We acknowledge that a chick in an egg is a chicken and is alive. The only exception people try to make is when it comes to human life. The woman makes a choice to have unprotected sex, or not take birth control. There are consequences for every action and choice you make. Nobody else should be forced to take on that consequence in place of you which is exactly what abortion does. Edit: I'm pro choice (not pro abortion) simply because it's not my place to tell others what to do. That said, according to the Constitution, the supreme law of the land, it's up to the states to address any issues not expressly covered in it. This should have always been a state issue and the court overstepped it's bounds in Roe v Wade and no lawyer that's not ideologically driven agrees.
