  1. It's called self incrimination and it's in the Constitution. He was forced to incriminate himself in violation of the 5th amendment. I'm also not happy that statutes of limitations were basically ignored in these cases. I'll also point out all the ones that start out "I went to his hotel room".

  2.  @laur131306  I agree. Far too many started with "He invited me" or "I went to his hotel room". Then there were the ones saying they were trying to get into showbiz. I don't buy those. A couple certainly are suspect, but there was no evidence. I think there was a video of him grabbing a woman's bum, but that's the only thing I remember.

  4.  black LIES matter  What? The topic is that this was known about before the trial and the judge wasn't impartial. It's not what Jeremy said either. There were charges pending and a lawsuit. He was forced to give a deposition in the lawsuit which was illegal because he was forced to incriminate himself in direct violation of the 5th amendment. You can't be forced to give a deposition when you have pending charges. That's why the former DA "agreed" to not file charges and it why the case was overturned. The state violated his constitutional rights.
