I’m really curious where all these ex employees speaking out are because so far it’s been 3-4 over 6-7 years. Find me any company with a record of that few employees complaining.

I noped out at around 20 minutes. He’s not a lawyer. He’s got a criminal justice degree. Criminal law and contract law are very very different.

@Ilych367 Why do I keep seeing people claiming an NDA prevents working? Did AJW say that? It doesn’t unless you’re “work” is talking about your previous employer. NDAs prevent you from discussing things. A non compete prevents you from working briefly in a similar field though usually it stipulates competitors. Say you were privy to some information about the algorithm of a tech company. It prevents you from working for another tech company that makes algorithms but not in tech in general. Usually for a very limited time because after awhile your knowledge will be obsolete. Edit: Really finding it interesting how the supposed law and order crowd is making exceptions for contract law just because they don’t like someone. Just proves everybody’s a cancel pig.

@aikidodude05 QBG did not trash him when he left. Dave did but not QBG. He’s talked about how his mom calls him to check on Steven whenever stuff gets said about him in the news. That doesn’t sound like he hates him.

Neither is QBG or Dave.

He’s not unbiased anymore than Jeremey is. Jeremey is just honest and says he is while AJW claims he’s not.

That’s the weird thing. Every time I’ve seen an NDA broken publicly it was everything. Not just a tiny bit which means he’s most likely already spilled everything and is trying to avoid the damages for doing so.

Doesn’t everyone? It is Dankula

@md85aus94 NDAs don’t prevent you from working. Jarod has a talent company so obviously he’s been working.

@matirion That’s not what that means. It means you can’t be sued if the activity the NDA covers is illegal. Before any case would have gone forward by a judge, the judge would have read the NDA. It’s submitted with the filing of the lawsuit. The file would have be large and contained the NDA and any evidence it had been broken. You don’t just go up to a judge and say “I’m going to sue someone now”. Edit: The judge reviews the NDA and the evidence and then determines if there’s enough for the suit to move forward or dismisses it. By the way, the suit in 2023 wasn’t to get Jarod to shut up. It was to get to talk under oath.
