The law doesn't prevent that. It prevents teachers from using the classroom to talk about sexual subjects and gender theory without parental permission. Very young children's brains aren't developed enough to understand abstract concepts like gender theory. The people claiming a child can't talk about having 2 dads is also false. It prevents the teacher from talking about it and making a lesson about it. 99.9% of young children would simply tell their classmate that's neat and a bunch would say they want to have 2 dads too because that's how their brains work.

@John Andy Those books aren't read to children so you're attempt to make a point is a strawman argument rather than an actual comparison. I'm not a conservative, but it's pretty clear you don't actually know many if any and are simply painting them how you think they are. You should not talk to very young children about those topics because their brains aren't developed enough to understand. We know that early exposure to sex causes longterm harm to children. So no, people that are not professionally trained, like a child psychologist, to discuss such topics with a child should not be doing so. They will most likely do more harm than good. This is why when the sex and health segment is done in public schools, it's usually done by a professional that works for the health department trained specifically in how to handle these topics with that age group. Basically teachers need to stay in their lane. Edit: The case that sparked this Bill is a prime example of more harm than good. Pushing a child to the point of attempting to end themselves twice because teachers and a counselor convinced a child their parents would hate them with zero evidence is them doing immense harm. I don't understand why leaving things to those best to deal with it is controversial.

@Featheryfaith7 YouTube didn't like my comment. You're clearly very young and not well educated. Saying you have a degree doesn't change that. Child assault occurs more at school than in Christian institutions statistically. Grooming doesn't mean pedophilia. It's the technique used, not the result. If you were a social worker, it's a good thing you aren't anymore because you don't even know what you're talking about. "Grooming" is just the technique that's used to indoctrinate,no matter what you're attempting to get the person or child to do. I hope everyone like you stays away from children because as a child psychologist, I'm sick of cleaning up after you. Preying on the weak and vulnerable is disgusting no matter the reason it's being done. You come off as a 12 year old with emojis and incomplete sentences. If you're that emotionally immature, I don't know how you got hired anywhere. Then again I doubt anything you're attempting to claim is true and you're just seeking attention.

Fire these people. They are in breach of their contracts. Do like Iger did when he fired a bunch of tech section. Hire a bunch of people from other countries and give them work permits. Why do people in one state think they can control another state? FU.
