  2. Administration. Every time there was a funding increase in our school district, a new administrator was hired. Mainly because they have to hire people who can write the grant requests that are massive the Department of Education requires. Edit: The Dartment of Education is over very little. Basically, it's a department that creates paperwork schools have to fill out to justify the department's existence.

  3. I can say I was terrified of an audit by Medicare. Not because we ever intentionally did anything wrong. Because the rules change constantly and even just a simple clerical error can mean millions in fines. For a small local medical lab, that would equal shutting down. I don't feel bad if some of the people that do that get a taste of their own medicine.

  6. It's in their Union contract. They have be given so much notice and to bypass that requirement they're paying them that to fire them immediately.
