@CandiceGoddard It depends on the lighting. If you have more lighting you have to worry that shadows will be even more noticeable. Ron is talking about stage makeup, not movie makeup. Those are handled completely differently. Especially with 4k and stuff now. An example would be that for stage makeup, you put a line of white liner closest to your eye and dark liner above the white. It makes the eye more visible from a distance so the expression in them can be seen. This is especially true if you have dark eyes. I have brown eyes so that's my experience with it from a play I did in college. Edit: All stage makeup is bolder, bigger, and brighter than what you would ever wear in public. Your face makeup is absolutely 2-3 shades darker. Otherwise when the light hits your face, the shadow it creates on your neck will look like you've got triple chins.

I figured that out during the 2020 summer of love. Look at where most of the riots happened and then look at the demographics. Tiny percentage of black people. So unless everyone knew the whole population, they saw maybe a couple their entire life. It would be like living in Vancouver Canada. Whenever we go to visit family we play spot the black people. It's because the town we live in has more black than white so it's kind of eerie.

They are my grandmother. She worked overtime to catch us doing one tiny thing she didn't approve of. Then she'd call her Church friends, make us sit and listen to her, and tell them what a saint she was for looking after us while my mother worked.

Okay, I'm gonna say it. Why do the two equity people look like their pictures are from a special ed class? I mean seriously? Also going to point out Hopi is a Native tribe so make of that what you will.
