I couldn't understand how he could reconcile the two opinions. How can you not understand kids can't consent to messing with adults also means they can't consent to a permanent physical alterations? It was really odd. It just showed he doesn't think. He's not the least bit intelligent. I already knew that, but it was really interesting to watch it.

@RocafellaPlaza You can't go to war until 18. WTF are talking about? 18 is legally an adult because that's when you start to understand long-term consequences. Edit: The voting age used to be 21 because they'd been out in the world a bit and were better understanding of how everything works. It was lowered to 18 during the Vietnam War because it wasn't right they were being drafted but couldn't vote to influence the policies directly impacting them.

@MichaelGonzalez-uz5yj That's not how debate works. It's not if you agree with either side. It's who presented information the best and who came out worse. To Sneako's credit he said to follow the law. The issue he was saying is what Charlie was deadset on, the age of 18, is not the law everywhere. So he's calling people PDFs that aren't breaking any laws. Which to even be able to call someone that, they have to be convicted of the crime. Now do I agree with what Sneako has been known to advocate for in the past? Absolutely not. Unfortunately in this debate he had the least number of logical fallacies so he won. Hands down, he won. Edit: Sneako had a lot of times Charlie could have nailed him. Unfortunately Charlie isn't smart enough so he missed them. Had he taken them, he could have put Sneako on his back foot, pressed him, and come out much better.

They're being banned for off label use which is what using them on "trans children" is. They're fine for for those who suffer from early puberty. That's what the studies they were approved for were on. That's just preventing it from starting too early and they're fine for short-term use. As a woman that started puberty at 8, it's horrible and I'm fine with them for that. Using them as they are for these kids is not approved because they're on them for years. A fake puberty is done using synthetic hormones which causes all kinds of development problems including with the brain.
