  1.  iris  Gun owners prevent more than 1 million crimes a year. Per a survey the majority that answered they had a gun in the home were poor and rural. They need them to hunt to feed their families and to protect themselves because it can take 30 or more minutes for police to respond to a call depending on how far away a state officer is because they aren't near a city. For the record, an AR 15 is good for wild hog hunting and you can get them that just look like a normal hunting rifle. I have shot guns since I was 7 or 8. I was taught proper safety since I was younger. I have never committed a mass shooting. The majority of mass shootings, injuries in 3 or more, are by gangs. The news never calls them that though, but they count. Taking away my guns, won't stop that. When I was in high school in the late 80s, I was 40 times more likely to be shot at school than someone that age now.

  2. If you haven't seen it, I recommend Better off Dead. Classic from the 80s and funny. It made fun of the teen movies. I used to watch the Classic movie channel with my mom. They had some good old black and white films late at night.
