@randylahey8207 Umm The executive branch of government is over the enforcement of law. They can sue states for violating the Constitution. Civics for the win! Edit: "It's up to the states". No. A state can't make laws that violate the federal Constitution such as the 2nd Amendment. The powers granted to the states are anything not given to the federal government. Obviously the 2nd Amendment is clearly given to the federal government. This very basic civics and the lack of knowledge people have of it is embarrassing.

@MusicFan-qc1ig Unless something happens to Trump, the VP has no power. They're only there in case something happens and bring in votes. Tulsi would be an excellent choice and bring in more center disenfranchised Democrat voters.

@TwinTurboZach You clearly don't know what's taken place since then. People upset didn't sit back. They took over election committees and volunteer positions at the state and local level. Some reporters were freaking out when they took over over 1,000 positions. That was before 2022. It's way beyond that now. Laws that were implemented right before the 2020 election that allowed mass mail in voting and vote harvesting have been removed. This isn't 2020.
