  2. If he allowed gifted subs maybe, but otherwise no. He's never interacted with the chat. Not even when he first started that channel. It's always been pretty much unreadable. I'm curious why suddenly it's an issue.

  3. That is it. Every channel has moderators. He's the only one without them. His chat has been like that from day 1 and he never interacted with it or read all super chats.
