I knew he'd worked for the school district. He talked about it. The problem is that you can't guarantee results like that really. You can make all the right improvements, but if the majority of kids don't have an education minded home, you can only do so much. I worked with the really hard to deal with ADHD kids at a school and I could get them to perform significantly better in the right circumstances, but it wouldn't make a longterm difference because the moment they would go back into a normal classroom, they'd regress right back to where they were. I'm not a certified teacher, my degree is child psychology, so it couldn't be done more than occasionally or the school would be in trouble. Plus I had other duties as a floating sub. I don't doubt that he's an asshole or that he may have done wrong, just that it would be pretty much impossible to prove in court.
