@chrislanci9278 When he said no and to make a different offer, they didn't respond for 3 months, and said that was the only offer. That by definition is a take it or leave it.

@michaelcso2400 No he's not because he still has to make his content for the paywall. That won't cover his employees and production costs. Each thing is 20% from the total contract. He'd owe them. When you factor in the missed ad reads (each one $100,000 so $400,000 per day), the demonitized 20%, etc. Edit: A two week ban on YouTube would cost him over 1 years pay of his contract.

@rahn45 It is. It's clearly a form that they just filed in names and amounts into it. The demonitized clause showed it wasn't tailored to Crowder because they are well aware he doesn't make money from YouTube.
