They haven't allowed anything yet. This was just a ruling to stay the lower court decision until they hear arguments. It's unusual for them to go against a previous ruling like a stay, but it has happened. Depends on if they can carve out a very narrow decision that allows Texas to protect itself without it impacting the Constitutional authority of the Executive over the border in the larger sense. Texas will argue breach of Constitutional duty and violating the agreement of protection guaranteed by the Constitution and the initial documents surrounding the founding. The federal government will argue the Constitution gives them 100% unrestrained power over it. Both are correct in this current situation. The Supreme Court would have to find Biden in dereliction of his duties to carve it out for Texas.

The southern states. It's always been left up to us to foot the bill for this crap. Then the other side yells about subsidies and us being poor. It sucks up so many tax dollars, as NY and Chicago are learning, to take care of these people.

They have been. There's been floating barriers, they purchased and built more of the wall, the National Guard has been there for awhile. Hell Biden attempted a remain in Texas thing. Meaning trying to control all the borders of Texas. This has been going on for at least the last 2 years.

Yes. Well not really because he can't commit treason against himself. It's called dereliction of duty. He has a Constitutional duty to protect the states. That's the agreement entered into when the states joined willingly.

Whoever that Three Year Letterman is, is an idiot. "Once someone is physically in America, they're legally a citizen regardless of how they entered". No. They are protected by the 4th and 5th Amendment but that's it. They don't have any rights beyond that. It's hilarious they're citing the Constitution while ignoring the citizenship part of it.
