@oakinwol You realize there's no real standard on how a score is reached right? Every huge oil company has high ESG. Every electric car company does too except Tesla and the mining for the minerals fits both the things you claim they base the score on. Companies based in China have high scores. The worst polluter in the world and they use slave labor. The thing is I don't care about 90% of that stuff because what you're trying to claim is important is already heavily regulated in the US. Meaning it has no place here. Edit: Apple has a high ESG, Amazon, etc. All do what you claim will make them have a low one. It's about making idiots like you feel better about your investment while Fink dictates to companies what policies they have, what their objectives should be, and where they should donate politically or no money for you.

@oakinwol If you're against corporate power having control over the population than you should be against ESG. It's honestly amazing to me how people who always claimed they thought corporations were too powerful now practically cream their pants over ESG. What that tells me is it's fine as long you think they're supporting what you believe. It's particularly heinous because they're using people's retirement funds to do it without their knowledge or consent.
