  1. The woman I believe is true. The thing is that Ukraine was in the USSR. A lot of buildings from that time period are identical. Plus it's not unusual for stock photos of a "Ukrainian apartment building" to be used as a background photo which is very possible. Those are not the same women. That's another thing, Eastern European women (a lot of them) tend to look very similar. Just like Nordic countries. Edit: Some propaganda is good, like the Ghost of Kiev. It helps moral which is important. The Ghost is most likely part true and part propaganda. The best propaganda contains a kernel of truth.
