  1. ValueAct is a friend of Iger. Literal neighbors. Iger called him in to fight off Peltz and Perlmutter. Peltz had enough for 4 seats on the board. ValueAct is NOT our friend. Peltz is public while management is open to talking to him. He goes silent when they're ignoring him and he then moves to buy up shares and forces his people onto the board.
