  1.  @jamesbernier493  Correct. So far all laws pertaining to this go after the doctor that performs the abortion. The morning after pill is available over the counter without a prescription and it works for up to 1 week. Extreme circumstances beyond a person's control, like risks to the mother, are the only real reason it should still be considered a medically or really legally. There's no reason abortion should be needed as a birth control method at this point.

  2. So why are people that live in a state that won't be impacted by this decision protesting? Plus, it's not the decision. It's the discussion of the eventual decision. Voting Democrat in their already blue state affects a court decision how?
