@strsocerplaya9 The only reason my husband should ever physically defend me is if another man puts hands on me. Other than that, I would be embarrassed because my husband is too weak to use words and resorts to violence. Hitting someone who says something you don't like isn't a power move, it's a sign of weakness. Only a very shallow, petty woman would be impressed.

@jmcq931 Jada was the one who would be owed an apology. They don't call themselves married so she's not in a wife role in the first place. That means this idea that he's defending his wife isn't valid. They made a big deal about how they aren't traditional in anyway when it comes to marriage. Trying to use that now as some type of defense is laughable and it's why it's only people like you doing it and not them.

@DeathBringer769 Chris wasn't really smiling at first. He was gritting his teeth. Even when he finally said something it was through them still being gritted. People clearly have never been in an altercation if they can't tell the difference between gritted teeth and an actual smile. Just because you see someone's teeth doesn't mean they are smiling.

It's clear the people that grew up sheltered in these comments. They've never watched a boxing match either. You always relax and allow your head to move with the follow through of a punch to reduce the impact. Chis wasn't smiling afterwards, he was gritting/baring his teeth which is normal because you clench your jaw on impact and you can't just immediately unclench them afterwards. Considering when and where Chris Rock grew up, it's not surprising he knows how to take a hit.
