@steveverdugo8106 That isn't a pamphlet, it's a poster that was available in the Smithsonian gift shop 6 years ago when I was there. Since you want to play with words, if it was available for 2 years saying it's been available for years is factually correct. It was created by said award winning PhD for her classes. She's one of the architects of CRT and created intersectionality. Tim's personal knowledge of the facts, doesn't magically change them. They are still facts. So since Vaush claimed it was created by an intern and recently that makes him wrong because facts don't change. It also indicates he's not as knowledgeable about all that he claims or he should have known that since she's such an important figure of the theory and teachings attached to it.
