  13. What does the rules about an employer interfering in an attempt to unionize have to do with this? Also many labor laws are only applicable if you have more than a certain number of employees. My grandfather, father, and husband have been Union Presidents so I know a lot about labor laws. Edit: Did you not know this section was about unionizing? I’m seriously curious. If you’re attempting to claim Crowder interfered in an attempt to create a union, that’s criminal not civil. This is a civil case.

He said there’s no way Stephen could have sued him over it repeatedly unless it was very specific and Jared intentionally violated it because otherwise the non compete would have been thrown out by the court. He said they’re very hard to enforce and courts frown on them.

He’s important and one of the biggest independents out there. You don’t build that without being an ahole. Just like Trump is an ahole but it doesn’t change if I’ll vote for him anymore than Crowder being one has any bearing on if I enjoy his show. Never ever watch anything or buy anything because I guarantee you an ahole was involved.

  22. Because he was leaking information violating the NDA. I know several have brought up “leaks” from back then and said it was Jared. Otherwise I wouldn’t hear his name only whenever there’s anything bad about Crowder said anywhere. If he was in compliance then nobody would be doing that. They would have no reason to bring him up. You have to prove it was under duress. If he hasn’t proven it in 5 years then he can’t and you’re making baseless accusations. He was on Quarter B and Dave’s podcast 3 weeks ago talking about how great his work going. So he either lied then or is now but either way makes him a liar.

  24. NDAs are usually business secrets. In this case addresses, people’s names not on camera, etc. NDAs can’t include illegal activity which SA would be.
