  1. Wrong. Zoey was cheating on her boyfriend who wrote a blog about it because what she was doing was wrong. Around the same time gamers were noticing crap games were getting rave reviews and wondered why. They found the blog and started looking at things like E3. They saw that critics were getting lots of freebies and that there were a lot of relationships between critics and developers. Gamers, who are mostly men) got attacked because some of them were gasp female developers and critics. The game journalists decided the best way to shut the men up was to call them sexists and various other accusations. They want you to ignore that Zoey Quinn drove someone to end themselves or that all the "bomb" threats were done by the women making the accusations for attention. One got busted making an account to harrass herself but forgot to log out as a creator so got busted pretty quick. Then there's the GoFundMe that the female developers made to fund a game they never made. It floors me that every single one of those women have been proven to be liars and cons yet people still try to white knight them. To be clear, I was one of the few REAL female gamers pushing back against these fake fruckers who were only making claims to cover their wrong doing and to get sympathy to use to get their names out there and make money. Game journalists still suck and still don't really review games because they're too busy whining about having to play a game.
