The thing about Trump is that he's not doing that. He's never once talked about being raised in a middle-class family, that he worked at McDonald's (even though the company has no record of it), etc. He has spent a great deal of time around construct workers on his job sites and his father's. He's been in the public eye too long to even attempt what she's trying to do.
