@dawnsrayz Deciding to not work anymore was the best choice I ever made. So much less stress and I'm able to focus on what's important to me, my family. I cook at least 5 days a week so we're much healthier because I can make everything from scratch. I raised my children instead of paying someone everything I made plus more to do it for me. I'm able to garden and grow fresh vegetables for us to eat and spend time training our dogs now that the kids are grown. I can soak in the tub and relax. It did wonders for my body and mind. If family is what's most important to you, I can't stress enough how fulfilling it is.

I'm going to wait for reviews from other women and see Oppenheimer first. As for the stuff about Ken, he's always been an accessory. He's never had a story outside of being her boyfriend where as Barbie was the one with the mansion, the car, etc. Other than clothes Ken doesn't have accessories. People complaining about that comment have clearly never played with Barbies. I see people complaining about all the diverse Barbies too. Again clearly haven't bought one in the last 30 + years because Barbie comes in every shade and has for awhile. Edit: I think these interviews are adding their beliefs onto what Barbie is and why THEY believe Ken is just an accessory. Ken is just an accessory because most little girls are only interested in the dressing up and fashion attached to Barbie and don't really want to play with a boy doll outside of playing house with him which is why there's a pregnant Barbie or Barbie with a baby. Everything is called Dream because most little girls want to live like a Princess and her accessories play into that.

So all the Rom coms that have been made were supposed to appeal to men and women weren't the target audience? There have always been movies that target women and there have always been movies that target men. I'm sure theaters were packed with women for all the John Wick movies.

Stop telling other people how to live their lives because you've had fear pumped into you by feminists. If you have children, it takes far more than just 5 hours a day to take care of them. Once the children leave, you get to rest a bit from your previous 24 hr/7 day a week job. I'm NOT oppressed or taken advantage of. He complains I don't spend enough money on things just for me. You know NOTHING about this person or their partner but feel like you get to tell them how to live. Over 50% of women want to be SAHW. WTF are you to act like you know what's best for them? Edit: We just celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary. We both believe marriage is forever so we worked out any problems years ago. Don't act like you can speak for other people or even have a clue what it's like to be me or anyone like me. If it takes you only 5 hours a week to "clean" your house it's a) tiny or b) not clean. It takes 2 hours to clean the bathrooms and yes I'm on my hands and knees because that's the only way to clean behind the toilet and clean the bottom part of it.

Someone that's never played with Barbies. Tell me all the cool accessories Ken has. You can't because there aren't any. Ken has a few outfits but that's it. He IS an accessory to Barbie and always has been because little girls don't really care to play with boy dolls. The rest of it is them putting their ideological bs on it. It's so insulting they called an accessory an accessory. Oh the horror! Now you're just doing the same as them and putting your ideology onto a TOY.

I'm expecting this to be the same. They claim all this stuff but it doesn't really shine through in the movie. They did the same stuff with House of Dragon about women running everything and being amazing when it portrays them as being just as horrible as the men, in some cases worse, and failing in their ambitions.

Ken is an accessory. He doesn't have anything but a few outfits. Barbie has everything because it's a toy for GIRLS. Just like GI Joe doesn't have a bunch of fashion outfits because it's a toy for BOYS. Edit: I had a ton of Barbies and outfits. Never bought a Ken. I guess according to you that makes me a raging feminist at 5 years old.

@aprilbennett4161 How can there be a longer clip when the movie hasn't been seen by anyone yet? If you're talking about him going to the man, it's because he's wearing a lab coat and has a clipboard, ie correct accessories. I think it's going to be like House if Dragon where they claim in the interviews after each episode it's all about this woke stuff but it doesn't come through in the script.
