Comments by "Debany Doombringer" (@debanydoombringer1385) on "New TikTok Trend DESTROYS Woke Ideology \u0026 Has Women Waking Up!" video.
I wouldn't change my life for anything in the world. We were poor, but I still stayed home to raise the kids. I'd work here and there part time when things would get really tight, but it was always the hours the kids were in school. It meant we did without big purchases, only 1 car payment at a time, etc but my sons are both successful and I know it's because we sacrificed to give them the best chance of that future.

We did the same thing. Most people don't do that and end up spending the 2nd income plus on childcare and paying people to clean the house once a week because they don't have time to. I think it's because they aren't taught how to budget or understand their finances and how to break them down. Then you factor in some of the comments from women on that video like not wanting to hurt themselves by not having employment history, having their "own" money (when you're a family everything is ours and there should be no more me financially), being afraid of being dependent on someone else, etc. It's pretty messed up thinking. It's clear they don't view their spouse as their partner but as a roommate.

@cececox6399 Yes it's not possible that the woman was the problem right? You're suffering from the halo effect society gives women. Women can be abusers, they can be addicts, they can cheat, they can be horrible people too. You have no clue about either of those two people but feel you can diagnose their problems. Honestly it sounds like you're projecting your own situation onto others. Fix yourself.

Some of those comments were disgusting. I know they think they're insulting to stay at home wives like me, but they're just windows into their twisted views on relationships. The one about giving up freedom for safety and not into a slave/master relationship shows they're single (and always will be) and don't have children. You give up freedom when you have kids. The one who's grandmother told her to never have to ask for permission to buy anything because it's humiliating was gross too. It's a partnership. Nobody spends more than an agreed upon amount without the others input because it affects both of you. Most of the people in those comments should never get married or have children because they aren't willing to make a single sacrifice for anyone other than themselves.
