  1. I could explain why this wouldn't go how they think. If everyone only works when they want to, then nothing will ever be done. The job you want done will have to somehow magically align with when they feel like they want to work and you feel like you want to work long enough to make enough money to pay them to work. There will be no food because plants and nature don't give a crap when you want to work, food won't be shipped anywhere because it will ruin before it gets there, the people in big cities will starve and die. That's just one thing that would occur.
