@jarredfiedler5811 It's easier for Defango because he's not a public figure, but Tim is. Courts don't really like it when you do that to a nobody. That's why the Covington kids were able to get settlements.

He spoke with them on the phone and verbal promises were made. Those promises weren't done so this is now a written record of attempting to remedy the situation. You may not like it, but having it in writing and public is the start of the offical record if it ends up in court. It's proof that he's giving them a chance to fix it.

@DavGre The article Shane Cashman wrote about Eliza kept referring to someone he called the Gangstalker. He said that person was responsible for someone harming themselves and that he'd kidnapped people, injected them with things, and made them lose their memories of specific things. The day before it was published, Shane went on a podcast and said Defango is the Gangstalker he's talking about in the article.
