I have endometriosis and yes it's horrible. I've had a total hysterectomy but it doesn't mean it's gone. You're just removing what it feeds on which is hormones coming from the organs. I'd lose so much blood, I was on the verge of needing blood transfusions and the pain is excruciating. I'm lucky because I have an extremely high tolerance for pain so someone that doesn't, it would be horrific. Yes it's extremely insulting that they basically are cosplaying me.

The answer to who's it hurting or what does it matter to you, is it's offensive and being offensive to a marginalized group isn't allowed because words are violence. Women are, according to their ideology, a marginalized group. If me not calling someone by their preferred pronouns to a 3rd party that they don't hear is violence, then so is this. It's violence against women by their own rules.
