Then 3 times posted audio recordings of the act without the other parties even knowing they've been recorded. He even uses that he had a bad childhood as an excuse. He's a snake and intentionally targets women that are extremely vulnerable out of his audience.

  4. The one suing is doing so under a federal statute because there's no criminal law. He didn't post her, but his actions (without her consent) caused it. He sent it to a 3rd party without her consent which isn't revenge pr0n in his or her state.
