  1. They'll just start screaming whenever the side tries to present it's case. Actually they should do that. Then they'd be found in contempt and disbarred pretty quick totally wasting all that money on their education.

  2.  @glitter_fart  It wasn't just a custom business. It's a bakery with pre made goods for sale. I make custom items and I can say no to any request. A business that only does custom work has a lot more leeway in rejecting customers than a business with pre made goods.

  3. I would say since they are huwhite they won't have to worry about getting their law license anyway because the Bar Association is now limiting the number of huwhite people that can get them. However, this is Yale so they'll get them and the poorer huwhite guy that went to cheaper school won't because "equality".
