This isn't on Starbucks. It's on the Union. Unfortunately Unions stem from communism and the younger ones tend to take that seriously. Older Unions don't and distance themselves from that connection. I'm seeing many of these Unions run by young people making demands on the company that has nothing to do with their work conditions. The one in Kickstarter negotiated them having a say in what's allowed on to fundraise on the platform. That's not something a Union should ever be in control of, but here we are. It's giving Unions an even worse reputation than they already had.
