  1. Suffering is a part of ALL life. Even from the smallest virus all the way to humans. That suffering creates growth. Viruses change and adapt to be spared just a bit longer from death, and suffering in humans have produced the most amazing things. From inventions that impact the future of all of humanity to art that moves us and changes us. It all stems from individual suffering. It's up to us if we use that suffering to push us forward or hold us back.
