@crashbunks You are mischaracterizing that case. It wasn't because it required ID. It was that it excluded easy to obtain forms of ID that were acceptable for use for identification for other government services. So no, the Georgia voter ID law isn't racist using the lower court decision from the South Carolina case. The key was that they didn't allow forms of ID allowed for other government services. The law it's self wasn't removed either. Just that provision was stricken. That should have been done because it was hypocrisy within the system. As Smoke pointed out, it wasn't a Supreme Court decision because they didn't hear the case, much less rule on it. Edit: Technically you just spread misinformation and so should be removed from the internet like you think others should be. I guess you think people can't read court decisions, or you didn't read it and you are parroting what someone else said.
